Human beings truly are magical creatures. Within each of us is a powerful creative and authentic energy that flows through us that can be attuned to nature’s natural intelligence and cycles. We can work and weave with this energy to birth babies, businesses, art, innovation, ideas, projects, new world’s and our true authentic selves. 

We come from Nature and we are the Earth. The more attuned we are to the earth’s seasons and cycles the more we come home to our own inner balance and flow. We each have our own inner soul seasons and cycles and the more we attune to our natural rhythms the more our creative power is free to flow. We can then rise rooted into our authentic soul medicine, fully nourished and resourced by the earth so we are able to blossom and offer our unique contribution to the garden of life and great Weave of Existence. 

The seat of your creative power is The Womb. Your Creation Portal that resides within your body physically and exists multi-dimensionally. A Creative Garden known by many names; The Hara. The Sacral. The Cauldron, The Lower Dan Tien. A powerful space that not only births physical babies into this reality but it also holds the soul keys and blueprint of who you are born to be. 

A receptive vessel and record keeper, the womb also holds memory. Many women are disconnected from their womb due to ancestral and intergenerational trauma. Buried emotions, unprocessed life experiences, imprints and cords from past partners, birth and medical trauma, miscarriages, abortions, spirit babies, unwell ancestors, sexual abuse, curses, metaphysical phenomenon, toxic thought forms and societal programs can all block the womb. Holding onto the old energy from the past will then interfere with the ability to create in the present.  

One of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself and your lineage is to heal, re-pattern and open your womb’s creative portal and then share your authentic essence and gifts with the world. Connecting to the Womb is very similar to tending to a Garden. It takes time, patience and devotion to see and feel results. Having a guide and practitioner to work with during this journey can be of great benefit.  I find people tend to overestimate that one Womb session will shift everything and underestimate the transformative power of multiple sessions over a longer period of time can have. Like a garden our womb requires regular nurturing and will go through different seasons and cycles as we shift and move through life. I find people are drawn to work with me when they feel ready to make a significant change in their life. To enter into the womb consciously and reclaim it’s creative power is an initiation that can only take place when we are truly ready to take full responsibility for our lives and selves.

Wherever you are in your journey I have a number of different options where we can collaborate together for either a womb clearings or you can come on an extended Womb Gardening journey for deeper alchemy and transformation over three months. Womb Clearing Sessions
2 hour in person or zoom session.
Facilitated with the Empress + The Dragon® Clearing Protocol 

In this 2 hour session we connect either in-person or over zoom as you lay down and relax while inauthentic energies, patterns, programs and more are cleared out of your energetic womb space. At the end of each clearing your womb will receive a Sacred Blessing of protection and love.

Every Womb Clearing Session will be different based on where you are at and what is ready to be shifted out of your Womb Garden. The intention is that in every clearing you feel the effects at a multi-dimensional level and continue to experience the benefits across time and across your life in beautiful and abundant ways. Reclaiming your creative energy will allow you to then invest your energy into things that are meaningful and important to you. This is not a gentle clearing where I just run healing energy through your womb – this is a deep + powerful cleansing process that will significantly shift your Womb space.

It is highly recommended you book this session on a day where you have plenty of time after for rest and relaxation. It is normal that the clearing and rebalancing of your Womb there will be a process of integration for at least 28 days after (sometimes longer). This often occurs in alignment with your menstrual cycle. (or energetic cycle if  you are no longer bleeding). Powerful changes in your life can happen after a womb clearing so it’s important that you take responsibility and take good care of yourself while you integrate the changes. It is normal to experience changes in your menstrual cycle before and after the clearings as a deep reset is taking place.

Disclaimer : If you have never had a shamanic clearing session done a general clearing of your field, aura and other energy centres may take priority in this session before we are able to work on the womb. The Womb Gardening Journey – A Creative Trinity.  

Deeper womb work takes time. True transformation takes time to integrate. If you have never connected into their Womb Consciousness and/or are ready to commit to creating a significant shift in your life and are looking for a guide to support you while you do that then this is for you. This journey will go over a three month period of time and incorporates a trinity of three different sessions monthly either held in-person or online. Having the sessions once a month will allow space for intergration, alchemy and healing to take place that isn’t rushed. In between sessions you will have time to begin communing and deepening your relationship with your own womb wisdom.

Note, as much as this is a Womb Gardening Journey depending on the nature of your intention and what you are moving through in your life sometimes the journey may be more supportive focusing on other energy centres before we drop into the Womb space.  Each journey unique and tailored to the individual,We surrender to the current of the creative spiral that moves through  you in the way you TRULY need. 

1st Session | Womb Connection – 1.5 – 2 hours

In this session we focus on Womb Connection.
Aligning your Throat and Womb so a communication channel can begin to open.
Planting seeds, upgrading boundaries and preparing your Womb Garden for its evolution.

2nd Session | Womb Clearing – 1.5 – 2 hours.

The second session you will receive a full Womb Clearing working with the Empress + The Dragon® Clearing Protocol.

3rd Session | Womb Weaving Ceremony – 2 hours

The final session is your Womb Weaving Ceremony. We gather in sacred space along with the Womb Guardians, your spirit team and ancestors so your womb + soul can be celebrated, healed and blessed with all you need to move forward and weave your creative power.

Over this period you will have email support from Sara and will receive a personalised womb pack that will include guided meditations and invitations to focus on over the month in between sessions. 

The Womb aligns to its own season of growth which is aligned to your Soul and Nature’s Divine Timing. This is very different from your Conscious Mind’s Expectations. It is very common  that the western woman’s mind isn’t in dialogue with her womb at all. She is likely to have spent a lifetime overriding and having to ignore the Womb’s Wisdom. An example of this may be we may really want to birth and create something new however the womb is actually calling for rest and recovery BEFORE creating anything new. At other times our womb may be truly ready to blossom and burst with new life and yet we fall into self-sabotage and block the flow of new opportunities, recognition and abundance. Soul may initiate us into experiences that our mind doesn’t understand and rather than surrendering to the mystery we may end up fighting and swimming against the current of where we are being pulled.

Due to this we will spend some time in your first Womb Connection Session really tuning into your Womb to listen to what Soul Season you are truly in. From there the Journey will align with the consciousness of the cycle your truly going through, not just the one the mind may expect or anticipate! Some women may choose to do this Womb Gardening Journey once, others may continue to orbit back in when new desires and intentions for growth surface or when Soul is moving them through a new Cycle. I have had woman to choose to spiral through this multiple times throughout a year.

Each spiral through the trinity will produce different fruits, gifts and consciousness expansion.

“I received a healing with Sara relating to an irregular menstrual cycle since going off the contraceptive pill. I had tried everything; Chinese medicinal herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture, ayurveda/panchakarma, shamanic medicine. FAQ

I am totally new to energy healing + womb work should I start with the a Womb Clearing, Womb Weaving Journey or a Soul Medicine Session?

If you have never worked with me or ever done any energy healing work before then I would recommend starting with a 1:1 Soul Medicine Session first. This will allow you to get comfortable with the way that I work + experience energy healing before diving into this deeper experience. If  you have been referred to me specifically by another practitioner for a Womb Clearing, then book away. If you have never had a proper Shamanic Clearing Session then we may need to focus on that first before diving into your womb.

Is it better to have a specific intention or a general curiosity?

Either approach is fine. Some women have a very specific intention to wok with, for example/ the desire to call in a new relationship. While other women have a curiosity and are open to whatever the process may reveal. Often in filling out the Womb Weaving Questionnaire clarity is revealed on the most important areas to address and an intention will birth organically from this place.

I’m not sure about what to create next in my life will this help me?

Yes! Often uncertainty and confusion arises when there is a conflict between what you think you want, and whether the energies in your womb (as your creative centre) are able to support that vision or dream. Sometimes the womb can be so full of other people’s energy, or dense energies from the past that they keep us stuck from moving forward. The Womb Weaving Clearing Sessions or Journey is an opportunity to “re-weave” your womb. Clearing + healing the old and calling in the new.

I had a hysterectomy, would this still work for me?

Yes. You do not need to have a physical womb for this to work, as we are dealing with the energetic womb space. Many woman have benefited from a Womb Weaving Sessions after a hysterectomy to help with healing + also establishing and activating a connection to their Energetic Womb.

I am trying to conceive; will this help me birth a child?

Many of my clients have conceived babies after having Womb Clearings or doing a Womb Weaving Ceremony as these sessions connect a woman to her womb consciousness. In claiming her womb as her own it allows her to clear out old stagnant energies, fear, stories of the past, trauma from miscarriage or abortion and death energy – all things that can sometimes block a soul from being conceived.

I am not a baby maker so cannot guarantee that you will conceive, (it’s not in every woman’s soul blue print) but it is highly likely you will feel much more connected to your womb & creative energy through doing this process.

Can you heal my infertility?

No. Although this work can clear ‘old’ or what could be termed ‘death’ energy within the energetic womb space, I do not claim to be an infertility specialist. What I have witnessed with women who’ve experienced difficulty with conception is that through working with the Womb Weaving Sessions they are supported to connect to their soul blueprint and get clarity and understanding on what they are meant to create. Some have gone on to have children whereas others have had realisations that they are not meant to be birthing children of their own in this life and have gained clarity on what their purpose is.

I am new to your work so I don’t know which 1:1 session I should book. How do I choose between Soul Medicine, or Womb Weaving?

In a nutshell, here’s my general advice:

• Are you interested in healing, integration, creation and understanding of self? Select Soul Medicine.
• You are going through a significant transition + initiation, ready for a deep ceremonial experience or feel called to reclaim your Womb Wisdom then select The Womb Weaving Ceremony.
• A healing practitioner, student or facilitator that is needing mentoring support + advice? Go for one of the 30 min or 60 minute mentoring options.
