For a long time I have wanted to create a meditation album that fused Meditation Teaching with my knowledge and experience of being an Intuitive Healer. I am delighted to finally launch my dream. Each meditation has been created with profound love and infused with powerful healing light, so that each time you listen you will be bathed in the vibration of unconditional love and grace. I have tried and tested these meditations on family, friends, students, clients and myself. I hope they bring you as much comfort, clarity and connection as they have for us.
Meditation is one of the most simple and profound ways to bring your mind, body and spirit back into balance and harmony. Each person is born with the innate ability to heal himself or herself — to bring themselves back into harmony and balance and become ‘whole.’ You have the ability to flow with nature because you ARE nature.
All the meditations on this album will help your natural ability become more conscious inside you so you become aware of the flow of life force energy and ‘remember’ your own innate power to heal and create. Once this is recognised you are no longer a victim to life. Instead you become empowered and inspired to live life on your terms, working with your body and nature instead of against.
