The Creation Matrix is a process that I (Sara Brooke) channeled after my Shamanic Quest and plant medicine work in Mexico. It followed my years learning to surrender my mind to be lead by my heart-womb-soul through life, and allowed me to birth the Creation Matrix process I now share with my clients.

How does it work?
The CREATION MATRIX JOURNEY is a 90-minute 1:1 session that guides you through a powerful womb connection process. As you navigate each of the quadrants within your womb space, you clear ancestral programming, learn your unique womb language and create from a place of soul alignment. FAQ
I’ve already done the Creation Workshop, is the 1:1 Creation Session relevant to me?
Absolutely. Many women who’ve attended the Creation Workshop book in for a 1:1 to go deeper with the Creation Matrix with my personalised support and guidance. During the Creation Workshop I take participants through the Creation Matrix as one part of the day workshop and they make their own notes throughout this process. With the 1:1 Creation Session you can enter into each of the 7 energetic directions and dialogue with me as I act as your scribe. This allows you to stay in the process without taking notes and can often lead to deeper, richer insights.
How different is a 1:1 Creation Session to the Creation Workshop?
The Creation Workshop is an intimate group experience that incorporates several ritual processes, a shared feast, and womb toning. The Creation Session focuses on the Creation Matrix only in an intentional, private 90-minute session.
Is it better to have a specific intention or a general curiosity?
Either approach is fine. Some women have a very specific intention to wok with, for example/ the desire to call in a new relationship. While other women have a curiosity and are open to whatever the process may reveal. Whether you have a general curiosity or a specific intention, you will still learn how to use the Creation Matrix tool so that you can incorporate this process into life beyond the session.
I’m not sure about what to create, how will this help me?
Yes! Often uncertainty and confusion arises when there is a conflict between what you think you want, and whether the energies in your womb (as your creative centre) are able to support that vision or dream.
I had a hysterectomy, would this still work for me?
Yes. You do not need to have a physical womb for this to work, as we are dealing with the energetic womb space.
I am trying to conceive; will this help me birth a child?
Many of my clients have conceived babies after doing the Creation Matrix and/or after attending the Creation Ritual Day. The Creation Matrix connects a woman to her womb consciousness. In claiming her womb as her own it allows her to clear out old stagnant energies, fear, stories of the past, trauma from miscarriage or abortion and death energy – all things that will block a soul being conceived.
I am not a baby maker so cannot guarantee that you will conceive, (it’s not in every woman’s soul blue print) but I can promise you will feel much more connected to your womb & creative energy through doing this process.
Can you heal my infertility?
Although this work can clear ‘old’ or what could be termed ‘death’ energy within the energetic womb space, I do not claim to be an infertility specialist. What I have witnessed with women who’ve experienced difficulty with conception is that through working with the Creation Matrix they are supported to connect to their soul blueprint and get clarity and understanding on what they are meant to create, while helping process grief around not birthing their own children in this life.
I am new to your work so I don’t know which 1:1 session I should book. How do I choose between Soul Medicine, Cutting Of The Ties or Creation Matrix?
