We plug into and charge up many devices in a day, but so few of us know how to plug into life’s ultimate energy source. Helping you do this is what my work is about.

I love to de-mystify the spiritual and unseen energy world for people. Which is why I present and teach Reiki, ritual, meditation, healing and soul work in a grounded, practical and relatable way.

You won’t find “woo woo” fluffy language around here, because for the record, I hate the term “woo woo.” It’s a ridiculous word spoken by people who separate spirituality from everyday life.

Listen up.

Your soul is not a “crazy” part of you, and your spirituality should not be disconnected from the rest of your life.

The Space In Between started from my own search for that space beyond my monkey-mind; the space of truth and bliss found in meditation. It’s taken me, and my clients beyond the mind and into our wisdom of the body.

My work evolves as I do.

sara_brooke_about After 12 years of working as a professional energy healing practitioner rather than treating clients by specific modalities my healing style has now evolved into something quite unique. I work from the heart. As an experienced practitioner in over seven modalities, I teach people how to connect and balance the masculine and feminine energies within.

We are living at an extremely important “tipping point” of human history. Our consciousness and awareness is expanding rapidly. The choices that we make now will have a ripple effect on how we EVOLVE as a species. We are all being called to action the guidance our souls are giving us. The world as we know it is changing. It isn’t going to go back to the way it was.

So take a deep cleansing breath (feels good doesn’t it) and ask yourself if you’re ready to plug into the greatest power source there is…

Sara Brooke is the creator of The Space in Between, based in Melbourne, Australia. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Ritual Creator & Ceremonial Facilitator, the essence of Sara’s work is about guiding people to ground the sacred in their everyday life and remember their true nature.

The importance of ritual cannot be underestimated in our busy lives because ritual helps us make the mundane magical. Honouring life’s transitions and important rites of passage in ceremony supports us to celebrate what has come before and birth a new way of life into form. More than a symbolic act, when communities gather with clear intent and share in ceremony it becomes a powerful cultural technology which puts us into communion with the invisible, sacred elements of nature, while weaving us deeper into the infinite creative intelligence of life itself.

Sara’s group ritual journeys are aligned to seasonal shifts and lunar cycles, designed to facilitate connection to the elements, while activating a shift in the collective consciousness. One-to-one ritual sessions include: the Creation Matrix (to call something new into your life), Cutting the Ties (to re-set a relationship) and Soul Medicine (to heal, integrate and understand yourself). The Space in Between also creates audio resources to help individuals facilitate private rituals at home.
